Informativa privacy

Informativa resa ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 ("GDPR") e del D.Lgs. 196/2003, come modificato dal D.Lgs. 101/2018, a chi visita questo sito e a chi usa il modulo di contatto.

1. Titolare del trattamento

Constantino Christoyannis, persona fisica, che gestisce questo sito a titolo personale. Per esercitare i tuoi diritti o per qualsiasi domanda sul trattamento puoi usare il modulo di contatto del sito, indicando "Privacy" nel motivo del contatto, oppure scrivere tramite LinkedIn. Non è stato nominato un Responsabile della protezione dei dati (DPO), perché non obbligatorio.

2. Dati trattati

• Dati che invii con il modulo di contatto: nome, cognome, indirizzo email e testo del messaggio.
• Dati di navigazione: i sistemi che ospitano il sito e forniscono i caratteri tipografici registrano automaticamente dati tecnici come indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, data e ora della richiesta. Sono necessari per mostrare il sito e garantirne la sicurezza; il titolare non li usa per identificarti.
• Statistiche di visita: il servizio GoatCounter conta le visite e mostra al titolare solo dati aggregati e anonimi (pagine viste, sito di provenienza, tipo di dispositivo, Paese). Non usa cookie, non salva nulla nel tuo browser e non consente al titolare di identificarti o di seguirti nel tempo.

Ti chiedo di non inserire nel messaggio dati particolari (per esempio relativi alla salute) o dati di terzi, perché non sono necessari per risponderti.

3. Finalità e base giuridica

• Rispondere alla tua richiesta e gestire la corrispondenza che ne segue: base giuridica è l'esecuzione di misure adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR) e il consenso espresso spuntando la casella del modulo (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a).
• Funzionamento e sicurezza del sito (dati di navigazione) e statistiche anonime sull'uso del sito: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f).
• Tutela dei diritti del titolare in caso di contestazioni: legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f).

I dati non sono usati per newsletter, marketing, profilazione o decisioni automatizzate, e non sono venduti o ceduti a terzi.

4. Natura del conferimento

Inviare il modulo è facoltativo. Nome, cognome, email, motivo del contatto e consenso sono necessari per poterti rispondere: senza questi dati il messaggio non può essere inviato.

5. Modalità del trattamento

I dati sono trattati con strumenti elettronici, solo dal titolare, con misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate a proteggerli da accessi non autorizzati, perdita o divulgazione.

6. Destinatari e fornitori

I dati possono essere trattati, solo per le finalità indicate, da questi fornitori tecnici, che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento o come titolari autonomi secondo le rispettive informative:

• Web3Forms, che riceve i dati del modulo e li inoltra via email al titolare;
• il fornitore della casella di posta del titolare, dove il messaggio viene ricevuto e conservato;
• GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), che ospita il sito;
• Google LLC (Google Fonts), che fornisce i caratteri tipografici del sito;
• GoatCounter, che fornisce le statistiche di visita anonime.

7. Trasferimento fuori dall'Unione europea

Alcuni fornitori possono trattare i dati negli Stati Uniti o in altri Paesi fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo. In questi casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base di una decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea, come l'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework per le società aderenti, oppure di clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione (artt. 45 e 46 GDPR).

8. Conservazione

I dati del modulo sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e la corrispondenza che ne segue, e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che servano più a lungo per tutelare un diritto in giudizio. I dati di navigazione sono conservati dai fornitori per i tempi indicati nelle loro informative.

9. Cookie e memorizzazione locale

Questo sito non usa cookie, né di profilazione né statistici: le statistiche di visita sono raccolte senza cookie e senza salvare dati nel browser. Il sito salva soltanto, nel tuo browser, la lingua scelta (italiano o inglese), un'informazione tecnica che non viene trasmessa al titolare e che puoi cancellare in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser. Per questo non viene mostrato un banner dei cookie.

10. I tuoi diritti

In qualsiasi momento puoi chiedere al titolare:

• l'accesso ai tuoi dati e una copia (art. 15);
• la rettifica dei dati inesatti (art. 16);
• la cancellazione (art. 17);
• la limitazione del trattamento (art. 18);
• la portabilità dei dati (art. 20);
• di opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (art. 21).

Puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza conseguenze sulla liceità del trattamento svolto prima della revoca. Le richieste ricevono risposta entro un mese. Se ritieni che il trattamento violi la normativa, puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del Paese in cui risiedi.

Notice given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") to visitors of this site and to people who use its contact form. The Italian version above prevails.

1. Controller

Constantino Christoyannis, an individual running this site in a personal capacity. To exercise your rights or ask anything about your data, use the site's contact form and write "Privacy" as the reason, or message me on LinkedIn. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as none is required.

2. Data processed

• Data you send through the contact form: first name, last name, email address and the text of your message.
• Browsing data: the systems that host the site and serve its fonts automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. This is needed to show the site and keep it secure; the controller does not use it to identify you.
• Visit statistics: GoatCounter counts visits and shows the controller only aggregate, anonymous data (pages viewed, referring site, device type, country). It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not let the controller identify you or follow you over time.

Please do not include special categories of data (such as health data) or third parties' data in your message, as they are not needed to reply.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your request and the correspondence that follows: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Running and securing the site (browsing data) and anonymous statistics on site use: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Protecting the controller's rights in case of disputes: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

The data is not used for newsletters, marketing, profiling or automated decisions, and is not sold or passed to third parties.

4. Whether you must provide it

Sending the form is optional. Name, email, reason and consent are needed to reply: without them the message cannot be sent.

5. How it is processed

Data is processed electronically, only by the controller, with appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

6. Recipients and providers

• Web3Forms, which receives the form data and forwards it by email to the controller;
• the controller's email provider, where the message is received and stored;
• GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), which hosts the site;
• Google LLC (Google Fonts), which serves the site's fonts;
• GoatCounter, which provides anonymous visit statistics.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for participating companies, or on Commission-approved standard contractual clauses (Articles 45 and 46 GDPR).

8. Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the correspondence that follows, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless needed longer to establish or defend a legal claim. Browsing data is kept by providers as stated in their own notices.

9. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies, neither profiling nor analytics: visit statistics are collected without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. The site only stores your chosen language (Italian or English) in your browser, a technical setting that is never sent to the controller and that you can clear at any time. For this reason no cookie banner is shown.

10. Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to and a copy of your data (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before. Requests are answered within one month. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority where you live.
